My journey to become an Interior Designer started when I was in elementary school and found an empty box in our basement and spent a summer turning it into a dollhouse. As we sometimes forget the fun we had in younger years, I didn't study Interior Design initially. I first graduated with a degree in Audiology and Speech Language pathology, worked in HR in NYC, stayed home with my 4 children for 14 years and then went back to school for my degree in Interior Design. Tamara Bontorno Design was created in 2020 and is here to help with renovations, space planning, kitchen and bath remodels, and new build design. I'm here to share my passion for beautiful, timeless design and to collaborate on your next project!
